What We Do

Consensus Global conducts interviewing assignments amongst a wide range of key opinion former and decision maker audiences. We employ high calibre, experienced graduates and it is a mix of intelligence, personality and quick thinking that enables them to get senior, ‘time-poor’ executives to take part in our studies. This is what sets Consensus Global apart: our ability to extract information and opinions from senior decision makers that other agencies will struggle to make contact with.

We take on complex business-to-business interviewing assignments, often focussing on gaining access to small, but very important, target audiences, such as purchase decision makers in key corporations, C-suite level executives and functional heads such as marketing, benefits or human resources directors.

Our interviewers work with quantitative, semi-structured and qualitative interviewing methodologies, and so are comfortable with any interviewing format. While the majority of our interviews are over the phone, our team also carries out face-to-face business interviewing in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Benelux, Scandinavia and the United States.
